Adding Professional Blogs to my life

One area of my life at UH Libraries I could see this form of  communication being useful is helping my colleagues understand the function and use of the Elizabeth D. Rockwell Pavilion.  It occupies a large physical space in the M.D. Anderson Library and consumes time of a number of people.  So why do we have it and how do we make it work for us as well  as  our users?
